Accessable works hard to support solutions for people with disabilities to help them lead better lives. We are looking for an exceptional Repairs Customer Services Administrator to join our Service Operations team located at Airport Oaks.
About the Role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be the first point of contact helping to achieve the best solutions for our clients and positively representing Accessable, by providing professional customer service. You will be processing repairs and annual maintenance requests and accurately capturing all customer interactions and inputting data into our Microsoft Dynamic CRM system. You will work closely with internal staff and our subcontractor network, ensuring smooth end-to-end service outcomes which meet our clients’ needs. You will also contribute to our annual maintenance programme, to meet NZS3551:2012 compliance requirements.
